Christophe El-Khoury

Christophe El-Khoury is a fractional CTO and technology advisor based in Lebanon. He helps founders, investors, and institutions make high-stakes technology decisions, and builds the teams and systems that carry them out. He has spent over a decade building and shipping software that sells, mostly in hard markets.

He has advised more than 20 organizations, built engineering and product teams across three continents, and partnered with universities, accelerators, and NGOs. He founded and sold Amplify, a B2B SaaS in Lebanon’s power-generator sector, writing the product and closing the first paying customers himself. He lectures at the Lebanese American University, running incubator-style labs where students build and test real commercial ideas rather than case studies.
