The five numbers
Where are we this week?

When to use it
Once a week, on the same day at the same time.
The framework
| The number | The question it answers |

| Sales | How much did we sell, in kilos and in dollars? |
| Real cost per kilo | Are we still above the "floor"? |
| Cash on hand | Can we buy next week's milk? |
| Money owed to us | Who owes us, how much, and since when? |
| Waste and returns | How much did we lose, and why? |
The weekly meeting, one hour, in person or on WhatsApp:
- The five numbers: 10 minutes.
- What worked, and what didn't: 20 minutes.
- The next step: what, who and when: 20 minutes.
- Anything that needs a decision: 10 minutes.
Rule: the association's books are open to every member. Your own business's books stay yours.
What you walk away with
