The 90-day plan
Where do we start, and in what order?
بالعربيةهدف مشترك واحد، وثلاثة أشهر: احسب، ونظّم، وبِع، وقرار في اليوم التسعين.
When to use it
Now, then every week.
The framework
One shared goal, with a number and a date: "Sell [ ] kilos a month under the collective mark, by [date]".
| Month 1: Count | Month 2: Organize | Month 3: Sell |
|---|---|---|
| Each producer works out their real cost and knows their minimum price (1, 2) | Signing the rules of use and the written agreement (6, 9) | Trying one joint sales channel for 4 weeks (11) |
| The five numbers every week (4) | Assigning the five roles (8) | Example: weekly delivery to the city (11) |
| Business money separate from household money (3) | The sharing rule in writing (7) | Reviewing the five numbers every week (4) |
| The shared goal in writing | The first joint purchase, and the first joint sale to a new customer | A decision: continue, adjust, or expand |
Every week, for all three months: the five numbers · the one-hour meeting · one next step with a name and a date.
After 90 days: what improved in the numbers? What didn't move, and why? Do we continue, adjust, or expand?
What you walk away with
The shared goal written down, and pinned where everyone can see it.
For the independent producer
The same plan for your own business, without the shared steps in month 2.
