Should we take this order?

When to use it
Before accepting any large or new order, and before any label or post.
The framework
Five questions. If any answer is "no", the answer to the order is "no", or "not now":
- Can we make it with the same milk, the same hygiene and the same cold chain?
- Does our capacity today allow this quantity, without rushing?
- Can we deliver it when we promised?
- Is everything on the label and in the message true?
- Are we willing to have the collective mark on this tub?
Why: one bad tub hurts everyone. Grow only as fast as quality allows. Cutting corners never built a brand.
An honest label carries at least:
- The product name, the ingredients and the weight.
- The production date, the expiry date, and how to store it.
- The producer's name and how to reach them.
- The collective mark, if you are a member.
- No claims you can't prove. And check the official labeling requirements.
What you walk away with
One promise to your customer that you will never break, on the label or in every message.
