Talking to AI
How do we get a useful answer out of it?

When to use it
Whenever you need a calculation, a draft message, a role explained, or a notebook photo turned into a table.
The framework
Five steps:
- Context: say who you are, what you make, where you sell, and how much.
- The request: what exactly you want, and in what form: a table, a message, or steps.
- The conversation: ask it to ask you one question at a time before it answers.
- Checking: check every number. If it couldn't read or doesn't know a number, it should say so, not guess.
- Adjusting: if you don't like the answer, tell it why, and ask for another.
Limits:
- Don't share customers' names, phone numbers or private details.
- It helps; you decide.
Where: any app such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The free versions are enough to start.
Keep learning: everything you learn about your phone and AI saves time and money.
